At Remuneres, we understand the importance of quality in both children’s play and high-end collecting. Whether you are purchasing an educational toy or a factory-sealed hobby box, we want you to be thrilled with your acquisition. Because the integrity of sealed collectibles is vital to the hobby, we have established a clear return process to protect the “Gem Mint” standards of our vault.


1. Our 30-Day Guarantee

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. In accordance with Arizona state guidelines, this window is clearly defined to ensure a fair and transparent process for our community.

Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact condition you received it:

  • Sealed Products: TCG hobby boxes, elite trainer boxes, and booster packs must be completely unopened with all original manufacturer shrink-wrap and seals intact.

  • Toys & Games: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include all manuals and accessories.

  • Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required for all returns.

Final Sale Items: To prevent “pack weighing” or “box searching,” we cannot accept returns on any TCG products once the factory seal is broken. Additionally, items marked as “Clearance” or “As-Is” are final sale.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Request Authorization: Email our support team at contactsupport@remuneres.com. Please include your Order Number and photos of the item.

  2. Shipping Your Return: Once approved, we will provide instructions for shipping. Items must be sent to our Flagstaff headquarters:

Note: For “change of mind” returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service with insurance.


3. Damages and Defective Items

We take extreme care in our professional-grade packaging. However, if an item arrives with significant structural damage or a manufacturing defect:

  • Notification: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Resolution: We will work quickly to provide a replacement or a full refund. In cases of store error or transit damage, Remuneres will provide a pre-paid return label.

  • Condition Note: Minor cosmetic wear on the outer shrink-wrap or cardboard corners that does not affect the internal contents is common in the hobby and may not qualify as a defect.


4. Refunds

  • Inspection: Once your return is received at our Flagstaff facility, our experts will inspect the seals and packaging.

  • Approval: We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund based on the item’s condition.

  • Timeline: Approved refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If store credit is issued, it remains valid for 2 years per Arizona law.
